DE HUEVOS VA LA COSA...

"LA DE LOS HUEVOS SOY YO, DIJO LA GALLINA", y es que bien sabemos que es la gallina la que tiene los huevos. 🥚 ¿COMER HUEVOS CAUSA COLESTEROL? El consumo de huevo, es decir, NO ESTÁ ASOCIADO en la actualidad A UN AUMENTO o tienen poca influencia en el COLESTEROL  o triglicéridos. PERO COMO EN TODO, NO CULPEMOS A UN ALIMENTO DE UN AUMENTO EN UN PARÁMETRO ANALÍTICO, DEBEMOS VER TODO. NO HAY PROBLEMA SI LOS COCINAMOS DE FORMA SALUDABLE (hervidos, plancha...) 🥚 ¿ES MEJOR COMER SOLO LA YEMA O LA CLARA? "COMAMOS LOS HUEVOS A MEDIAS: TÚ LAS CLARAS Y YO LAS YEMAS", y no era tont@, ya que tanto la yema como la clara están llenas de nutrientes, cada parte se diferencia por una cosa, como las marcas de ropa, pero al final, son eso ropa. Las claras son más ricas en proteínas que las yemas que son más ricas en grasas, pero que sean ricas, no significa que sean únicas. Las yemas, además, es fuente de vitaminas como la B1, B6, B12 y las liposolubles, ...
